There isn’t a person anywhere who isn’t capable of achieving more than what they have done or more than you think you can.
Why not do more today?

Whenever you don’t want to do something, any excuse will do. Excuses are like pieces of thread on your clothing; they have no power and can be easily removed.
Write down the excuse standing in your way of achievement. Give it serious thought and watch how quickly it loses its power.
