Fear is just an emotional reaction to moving from what is comfortable to what is uncomfortable.  It can actually be a sign that you are on the right track.  One thing is for sure, fear is created in the mind and the outcome of a scary situation is determined by our reaction.

In most cases, when fear knocks on your door, as you may have heard, when you open it, no one will be there.  Typically, what awaits you on the other side is a new set of risks, values and beliefs conducive to a higher quality of life.
