What is your refund / return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return your product within 30 days for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a downloadable purchase, e-mail info@johnkanary.com within 10 days for a full refund. Please call our office at 905-632-6087 if you have any questions regarding this policy.

Defective/Damaged merchandise can be replaced by calling our office at 905-632-6087 or by e-mail at info@johnkanary.com.

What products do you offer?

John Kanary International offers immediately downloadable digital (pdf format), audio (mp3 format) and physical inventory.

Each product in our Success Store has a clear description of the available format. And for the downloadable digital and audio products, you will also receive an email message with an immediate download link within a few minutes after you complete your purchase.

Will I receive an ordering and shipping confirmation?

Upon successfully submitting your order, you will immediately see a thank you page. After ordering, you will also receive an email confirmation from  www.JohnKanary.com containing your order details.

What is your shipping and delivery policy?

Physical products ordered directly from John Kanary International are processed the same day or by the next business day. Processing time is in addition to the postal service estimated shipping time (7-10 days). Physical product orders are fulfilled from the following address:

Do you charge sales tax and other charges?
